What is Sweeper Email?

Sweeper Email is a powerful inbox management tool designed to help you achieve Inbox Zero. It allows you to bulk delete unwanted emails, unsubscribe from newsletters, and organize your inbox efficiently.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. We do not store any of your email content. Our system processes your emails in real-time using the official Gmail API and does not retain any personal data. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.

Can I undo a bulk deletion?

Yes! When you delete emails using Sweeper Email, they are moved to your Trash folder. You have 30 days to recover them from your Trash before Gmail permanently deletes them.

Is there a limit to how many emails I can clean?

There are no hard limits on the number of emails you can process. However, Google's API has daily usage quotas. Sweeper Email is optimized to handle large volumes efficiently within these limits.

Do you read my emails?

No. Sweeper Email's algorithms process metadata (like sender, subject, and date) to help you organize and clean your inbox. We do not read the body content of your personal emails.

Why not just use Gmail filters?

While Gmail filters are useful, they can be complex to set up and manage. Sweeper Email offers a streamlined, user-friendly interface that makes cleaning your inbox faster and more intuitive, without the need for complicated configuration.

What email providers do you support?

Currently, we support Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. We are actively working on adding support for other providers like Outlook and Yahoo in the future.

How does it work?

Sweeper Email securely connects to your account via the Gmail API . This allows us to display your emails and perform actions like deleting or unsubscribing based on your commands, without ever storing your data.
