The manual way (Gmail)

1) Search for the sender
In Gmail search, type from:example@domain.com (or from:"Brand Name").

2) Select all results
Click the checkbox at the top to select the first page, then click the small link that says “Select all conversations that match this search”.

3) Delete (or Archive)
Click the trash icon to move emails to the Bin (they delete permanently later), or archive if you just want them out of the inbox.
- People delete only the first page (Gmail selects ~50 emails by default).
- It’s easy to miss senders with multiple “From” addresses (e.g., no-reply@ vs receipts@).
- If you want to do this for multiple senders, it becomes a time sink fast.
