How to Unsubscribe from SHEIN Emails

SHEIN sends daily new arrivals, flash sales, points expiry reminders, and cart reminders. Here are the three ways to make it stop, from slowest to fastest.

Sweep all SHEIN emails free

Use the unsubscribe link in any SHEIN email

Open a recent SHEIN email and scroll to the very bottom. Click the small unsubscribe link in the footer, then confirm on the page that opens. In Gmail you can also click the Unsubscribe button next to the sender name at the top of the message.

Heads up: SHEIN's footer link tends to unsubscribe you from one email type at a time, so mail from other categories keeps coming. Method 2 switches everything off at once.

Senders can take up to 10 business days to process an unsubscribe, so a few more emails may arrive first.

Turn off email in your SHEIN settings

Open My Account, then Notification (under Settings), and toggle email marketing off. Preferences can take up to 10 days to apply.

Unsubscribe and delete the old ones in one click

Unsubscribing stops future emails; the hundreds already in your inbox stay. To find every SHEIN email you have, paste this into Gmail's search bar:

Then tick the select-all checkbox, click "Select all conversations that match this search", and delete.
