How to Unsubscribe from Netflix Emails

Netflix sends new arrivals for you, we added a title you might like, and reminders to finish a series. Here are the three ways to make it stop, from slowest to fastest.

Sweep all Netflix emails free

Use the unsubscribe link in any Netflix email

Open a recent Netflix email and scroll to the very bottom. Click the small unsubscribe link in the footer, then confirm on the page that opens. In Gmail you can also click the Unsubscribe button next to the sender name at the top of the message.

Good news: Netflix's footer link is dependable and applies to the whole mailing list, not just one campaign.

Senders can take up to 10 business days to process an unsubscribe, so a few more emails may arrive first.

Turn off email in your Netflix settings

Open your Account page, select your profile, then Communication settings, and choose 'Do not email me'. Billing and account mail continues regardless.

Unsubscribing stops future emails; the hundreds already in your inbox stay. To find every Netflix email you have, paste this into Gmail's search bar:

Then tick the select-all checkbox, click "Select all conversations that match this search", and delete.
