How to Unsubscribe from Pinterest Emails

Pinterest sends Pins picked for you, board suggestions, weekly digests, and shopping updates. Here are the three ways to make it stop, from slowest to fastest.

Open a recent Pinterest email and scroll to the very bottom. Click the small unsubscribe link in the footer, then confirm on the page that opens. In Gmail you can also click the Unsubscribe button next to the sender name at the top of the message.

Senders can take up to 10 business days to process an unsubscribe, so a few more emails may arrive first.

Turn off email in your Pinterest settings

Open Settings, then Notifications, then By email. Pinterest has a master toggle plus per-topic switches; turning the master toggle off stops all recommendation mail.

Tip: Pinterest is one of the highest-volume recommendation senders; the master email toggle is the fastest fix.
